CRM 2011 Plugin Registration Tool Error:"Unable to retrieve the organizations from the Discovery Service."

Error while trying to connect to the CRM 2o11 online through Plugin Registration Tool

Inputs:

Label Name:

Url:

Username:

Click on connect then it will prompted to the password then give your live id's password

Then you will get the error this below error

Solution:

First check out your Plugin Registration Tool property It might be like this screen(To see click on Help->About

If it is On-Premise that means its not for online. So download the Plugin Registration Tool for Online CRM.

If it's not then might be you are not having .Net 4.0 framework installed on your machine.

Install the .Net 4.o framework you will be able to connect to the CRM Server Online.
